HydrateMii is provided for individual, non-commercial, personal use only. You may not use the App for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to resale, redistribution, or providing access to others in exchange for compensation.

The App is intended to support general wellness by helping users track hydration. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of the App is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or health objective.

All content, design, features, and code associated with HydrateMii are the exclusive property of Jason McRainey or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.

5. Updates and Availability

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

HydrateMii does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Your data remains solely on your device unless you choose to export or back it up through services provided by your operating system (e.g., iCloud).

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security breaches.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jason McRainey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Japan.
